We currently do not have the ability to print just one or a few shirts. Our production factory is set up for larger volume orders. For this reason, our minimum order size is 36 t-shirts per design.
A typical client order is as follows:
- You request a quote by sending us all the details
- You approve prices and we receive 100% payment upfront
- We make your artwork proof
- You approve artwork
- We begin production
- We complete your order in 5-7 business days and contact you
All orders are scheduled to ship or pickup within 5-7 business days after final art approval and payment verification. Rush service is available for a small additional fee. Please contact us if rush service is required.
Yes, for sales related information we welcome any of our clients to meet with us in person at our Walnut, California location. We are open Monday thru Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Our showroom has our top selling garments as well as various samples of past work.
Yes, all orders receive a digital mockup/proof prior to printing. New orders go through a multi-step approval process to ensure you receive what you approve.
